Jim Belknap

Jim is an Oregon native with over 20 years in the real estate business, specializing in ranches, timberland, development lands, income properties and tax deferred exchanges. Jim is active in community service and schools; an avid hunter, skier and fisherman, with four daughters who have all grown up in Cottage Grove. A lieutenant colonel in the Army Reserve, Jim and his wife enjoy farms in Cottage Grove and Corvallis. Jim has an active land use consulting practice, assisting landowners with gaining approval for dwellings in forest and farmland zoned areas, subdivisions and partitions, and development work.
