Professional: Office management, clerical, photography and, since 1977, a Realtor. In 1986 she received the Springfield Board of Realtors' "Realtor of the Year Award". In 1995 and 1999 she served as President of the Springfield Board of Realtors, and has served on the Board of the Greater Lane County Multiple Listing Service.

Educational: Joyce graduated from Springfield High School and has attended many classes through LCC. She received her Real Estate license in 1977 and graduated from the Realtor Institute to receive her GRI designation. She completed the CENTURY 21 PLUS course and CENTURION® VIP® referral training and continues to receive education that will increase her ability to serve her clients well.
