- Westover Homes - responsible for the Construction of more than 1500 homes in the greater Lane County Area, and the development of 7 new subdivisions, creating 450 lots.
- Named Builder of the Year twice for Lane County
- Oregon State Home Builder of the Year in 1982
- President of the Lane County Homebuilders Association in 1981
- President of the Oregon State Homebuilders Association in 1987

- Appointed to the State of Oregon Builders Board for 4 years and served for 2 years as chairman of that state agency

- Licensed Real Estate Broker in Oregon
- Received his GRI in May of 1977;
- President of Springfield Board of Realtors in 1978;
- Realtor of the Year twice- in 1979 and 1990;
- Oregon Association of Realtors Regional Vice-President in 1994
- Water Policy Committee Chairman in 1996
36 years
- Working extensively as a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America for the past 9 years serving as Council Commission for the Oregon Trail Council.
- Responsible for providing program and leadership or 12,000 young men and 3,000 adult leaders throughout Southern Oregon.
