"Valerie Nash recently acted as my agent for an estate sale which I was the executor.  The property presented some unusual problems which Valerie handled very well.  The property was low end and could not quality for a real estate loan. Property sales at that time were almost non existent, adding to that all the heirs were from out of the area so there was no one nearby to watch out for such things as a leaky roof or frozen pipes. Valerie was very good at keeping an eye on the place and keeping us informed. All in all, we were pleased with her dedication and the resulting sale was most satisfactory.
